Jacques Wely was a French Painter and illustrator of Figures, genre scenes, landscapes, and still-lifes.

From 1908, Wely was active in Montfort-l’Amaury (Yvelines). He illustrated Breton Souls (Âmes bretonnes) by Camille Mauclair.
