Arthur Claude Cooke was an English painter especially of figures, born in Luton, Bedfordshire, who studied at the Royal Academy Schools. He won silver and bronze medals at the 1895 Crystal Palace Exhibition. He displayed his work at RA Summer Exhibition, Walker Art Gallery in Liverpool, RBSA and ROI. He lived in Radlett, Hertfordshire.
