Georges-Henri Manesse was a French painter, watercolorist, engraver and illustrator.

Henri Manesse trained at the Rouen School of Fine Arts, then in the workshops of Gérôme and Carolus-Duran. With Gaston Manchon, he founded the Société Normande de Gravure in 1891, which he chaired in 1919. He was also a member of the Société des artistes français and a corresponding member of the Académie des sciences, belles-lettres et arts de Rouen.

He won a bronze medal at the 1889 Universal Exhibition. The Académie des sciences, belles-lettres et arts de Rouen awarded him the Bouctot prize in 1901 and the Gossier prize in 1939. In 1922, he was awarded the Belin-Dolet prize by the Société des artistes français.

He was struck blind at the end of his life, and his collection was sold at auction on March 7, 1940.
