
Bruno Tepa was born and died in Lviv. He was the nephew of Franciszek Tepa (1829–1889). He was first tutored by his uncle and later studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Kraków under Izydor Jabłoński. He also spent some time in Munich. He created drawings, watercolours, caricatures.
