Emile Vloors was a Belgian painter.
After training with Albrecht De Vriendt he made his name as a watercolorist, sculptor and painter. In 1898 he won the Prix de Rome. In 1920 he founded L'art monumental with among others Jean Delville, Emile Fabry, Albert Ciamberlani and Constant Montald. Between 1924 and 1936 he was director of the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Antwerp. He also designed Bank Notes and Stamps.
