
Joseph-Ferdinand Lancrenon was a French artist.
He was a student of Anne-Louis Girodet. He tried several times to win the Prix de Rome without success. He was the director of the Museum of Fine Arts and Archeology in Besançon from 1834 and the school of painting and sculpture in the city in 1840.
