Anders Lundquist, born 1 July 1803 in Örebro parish, Örebro county, died 22 October 1853 in the Hovsamling in Stockholm, was a Swedish artist and graphic artist. Lundquist studied at the academy. He appeared early as a history painter, cartoonist and lithographer, but gained his greatest importance as a graphic artist. He painted some figure compositions, but is best known as a technically distinguished lithographer. He became one of the most hired portrait lithographers in the country, including for the Svenskt Pantheon (1832—1836). Lundquist envisioned a vividly visited drawing school, serving 1836—1848 as a drawing teacher for the royal children.
