Feliks Pęczarski was a Polish painter.
He was deaf; He studied engraving and painting at the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Warsaw with JF Krethlow, A. Blank and Antoni Brodowski. He participated in exhibitions, receiving awards and medals. In 1828 he was in Germany. In 1847 he moved to Włocławek.
He painted religious pictures and portraits, and he became famous for his genre and moral paintings, often with a satirical overtone.
