Petrus Schotanus à Sterringa was a Dutch artist.

In 1638 he became a citizen of Leeuwarden, coming from Britswert. He also worked in Franeker and Amsterdam. He painted mainly Vanitas still lifes. His work hangs in the Fries Museum.
