Georges Chenard-Huché is a French painter born in 1864, died in 1937. He is a landscape painter. He started in 1887 in Paris, at the Salon of French Artists of which he became a member in 1891. He then exhibited at the Salon of Independent Artists and the Salon d 'Automne from 1910 until his death.
He also participated in international exhibitions in Ghent, Buenos Aires, Munich, Zurich and Stockholm. He was one of the founding members of the Society of Painters and Engravers of Paris. He was made a knight of the Legion of Honor. He was a prolific landscape painter, painting typical districts of Paris, views of Holland or the Toulon region where he had retired.
