Elizabeth Tyler Wolcott was known for her fanciful illustrations, featured in "Flags of the United Nations," among other publications. She also painted a mural for the Brooklyn Botanical Garden. Tyler was married to Wallace Wolcott, architect with the renowned firm McKim, Mead & White
