Štefan Polkoráb was a Slovak painter.
He studied with G. Malý in Bratislava from 1913 to 1917 and at the Academy of Fine Arts in Prague from 1919 to 1922 . After graduation he returned to Bratislava. He later lived in Trnava.
In 1932 he portrayed T. G. Masaryk, the President of the Republic, in Topolčany. He regularly returned to Horehronie, where he had a permanent residence in Heľpa. His work was devoted to portrait and figurative painting. He was also attracted by the motif of vineyard work. A frequent subject were shots of village children.
