Richard Nitsch was an Austrian portrait and genre painter.
Student of the art school in Wroclaw, studied at the Academy of Vienna, in 1891 studied at the Munich Academy in Alexander (Sándor) by Wagner, member of the Munich Artists' Association and the General German art cooperative, active in Niklasdorf, later in Berlin.
