Edvard Harald Bentzen was a Danish sculptor and son of iron caster Peter Christian Bentzen and Charlotte Elisabeth Bech.

Edvard Harald Bentzen worked primarily with portrait busts. He carved many other artists' works in marble, e.g. by his teacher Herman Wilhelm Bissen, Th. Stein and JA Jerichau.

He was self-taught as a painter. and has performed only a few works, including a painting by HW Bissen in his studio.

He is buried in Frederiksberg Elderly Cemetery .
