Henri Alexandre Gérard dit Fontallard or Gérard-Fontallard was a French draughtsman, illustrator and lithographer, born Henry Alexandre Gérard-Fontallard in Paris around 1798 and died in Paris (Batignolles) on August 4, 1843.

Henri-Gérard Fontallard was the son of painter and miniaturist Jean-François Fontallard and a relative of painter Camille Fontallard. Early on, he made a name for himself with his drawings and caricatures, particularly of the National Guard. He contributed to the newspaper La Silhouette (1829-1830), for which he drew the title vignette, to Aujourd'hui, journal des modes ridicules (1839-1841), and to La Revue des peintres. As an illustrator, he humorously graced the title page of Les Abus de Paris, a printed music edition by composer Auguste Certain (1842).
