
Charles-Joseph Beauverie was a Painter and etcher born in Lyon, active in Paris. Made his first prints during a trip in Bretagne in 1864. Joined the group of peintres-graveurs with Cadart in Paris in 1868. Collaborated with Félicien Rops to the illustration of J.F. Millet, 'Souvenirs de Barbizon', Paris: Cadart 1876.
