Władysław Ciesielski was a Polish painter.
He studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Paris. The academy is part of the Institute of France. His teachers were Isidore Alexandre Pils and Henri Lehman. He was friends with Jacek Malczewski and Kazimierz Alchimowicz. In 1882 he opened his own studio "Gopło" in Paris.
