Władysław Rossowski was a Polish painter; brother of Stanisław Rossowski.
He attended School in Kraków, then in Lviv. He was educated at the School of Fine Arts in Krakow under the supervision of Jan Matejko. After receiving the imperial scholarship in 1881, he continued his studies at the Academy of Fine Arts in Munich and then left for Dresden and Paris. In the years 1885–1892 he was a professor of drawing and painting at the Higher Courses for Women named after Adrian Baraniecki in Krakow.
