Charles Alexis Apoil is a French painter
He was born in Mantes-la-Jolie and died in Meudon.

He was a pupil of Eugène Devéria, and a member of the Society of French Artists. Charles Alexis Apoil worked in the Sèvres porcelain factory from 1851 until his death in 1864.

In 1893, he posthumously obtained an honorable mention at the Salon des Artistes Français .

He is the Husband of the porcelain painter Suzanne Estelle Apoil (1842-1902).
