Herbert E. Harley was a painter of figurative and genre subjects. He exhibited twelve works including “The Lady of the Lake” and “A bit of the British Museum” at the Royal Academy from 1890 to 1901. Harley also exhibited five works at Suffolk Street from 1884 to 1887.
