Marc-Louis-Georges Fay was a French painter, poster artist, lithographer and designer.

Georges Fay is the son of Jeanne-Marie-Alexandrine Vachon and Marc-Antoine-Louis Fay, a trader from Lyon.

He began producing posters in 1897 and worked mainly with the Etablissements P. Vercasson & Cie, a Parisian printer located at 43 rue de Lancry, specializing in art lithography.

Two of his posters were selected by Jules Chéret to appear in the review Les Maîtres de l'Affiche (1895-1900).

George Fay died at the military hospital following a bout of meningitis.
