Viktor Miškovský was a Hungarian architect, painter, watercolorist, general contractor and preservationist.
His father was František Miškovský and his mother Rosalia Szabó. Viktor Miškovský was born in Bardejov. He received his primary education in Bardejov, where he also attended a drawing school. He then attended schools in Nové Město pod Šiatro, Rožňava and Levočaand polytechnic in Vienna. After graduating in 1866, he briefly taught at schools in Bardejov and Kremnica, and later worked as a professor of descriptive writing and drawing at the State Real School in Košice.
The bust of Viktor Miškovský is located on V. Miškovského in Bardejov, a memorial plaque in his honour can be found on the building of the grammar school on Poštova Street in Košice.
