Rudolf Kremlička was a Czech painter.
He studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Prague. Here he was influenced by the works of painters Slavíček and Schwaiger. He visited Paris, where he had the opportunity to see the works of important impressionists (his role model was Édouard Manet ). He was also strongly influenced by Ingres.
In 1924 he published Painting Confessions in which he explained his approach to modern art, nudes and landscape painting in the form of a diary. He died at the age of 45 and was buried in the Olšany cemeteries .
