Matteo Pagani was an Italian printer, book and print dealer and medallist. Active in Venice. He is described as 'libraro e stampatore'. His shop was in the Frezzaria 'al segno della Fede', by 1542.
His earliest activity was in map production (from 1538, Tooley). He was responsible for issuing some spectacular maps including one of Cairo, dated 1549. He printed books, including model books for needlework from 1542 (Lotz). He was also a medallist, responsible for medals of Tommaso Rangone c.1560-62 (Weddigen).
