Joseph Van Luppen

Joseph Van Luppen was a Belgian landscape painter. He studied at the Antwerp academy under J. Jacobs and Nicaise de Keyser as well as in Paris under Théodore Rousseau. He received many medals throughout his career including in Brussels in 1872, in Vienna in 1873 and in Philadelphia in 1876.
