Jan Bebijs Tom was a Dutch artist.
Jan Bebijs Tom lived and worked in The Hague, and was awarded the 'Stedelijke medaille' of Amsterdam in 1871. He was trained by the renowned landscape painter Andreas Schelfhout (1887-1870).
