Hermann Moest

Hermann Moest was a son and pupil of the sculptor Friedrich Moest. From 1885 to 1888 he was also a student at the Academy of Karlsruhe, and, from 1890 to 1894 - studied under Liezen-Mayer at the Academy of Munich. Later on he lived in Berlin, where he became a well known figure painter and illustrator.
