Fritz Wilhelm Rabending was an Austrian landscape painter.
Rabending studied at the Städelschule in Frankfurt am Main with Heinrich Hasselhorst and at the Großherzoglich Baden Art School in Karlsruhe with Gustav Schönleber and Hermann Baisch. After his studies he settled in Munich.
He received a gold medal at the 1900 Salzburg Art Fair and a silver medal at the 1904 St. Louis World's Fair. Rabending was a member of the Reich Association of Visual Artists in Germany, the General German Art Cooperative and the Artists' Association of Bavaria.
