Friedrich Wilhelm Klose

Friedrich Wilhelm Klose was one of the most important architectural painters of Berlin in the 19th century. In addition to his paintings were, and still are, especially his executed in watercolor Berlin architectural views and interiors of Prussian palaces coveted collector's items.

King Frederick William IV alone had about 85 watercolors by Klose, including several sheets with views of the private rooms of Queen Luise.
