Franz Jaschke was an Austrian painter of the turn of the century in Vienna.

Jaschke studied at the School of Applied Arts and from 1882 at the Academy of Fine Arts with August Eisenmenger and Josef Mathias Trenkwald. In 1901 he became a member of the Vienna Secession.

In pointillist style, he painted views of Vienna, gardens, children, portraits and vedute.
