Edwin Toovey

Edwin Toovey was an English Painter in oils and watercolours, etcher and lithographer. Edwin settled in Brussels after his marriage in 1860. Prior to this in 1847, Edwins Brother William had founded a large lithographic printing press in Brussels with Gustave Simonau. Edwin exhibited extensively including with his Son Richard at the Royal Society of Arts in Birmingham. Edwin also exhibited at the Friends of the Arts Society, Bordeaux, from 1858 to 1863.
