After his death in 1899 he became a professor and from 1900 ran his own painting school for women in Lemberg for several years. He repeatedly took part in exhibitions in the Warsaw gallery "Salon Krywult" at the Society of Friends of Fine Arts in Kraków. Lepszy's works went to the Warsaw Art Society and the Lviv Church of St. Mary.
