Benjamin Heinrich Orth was a German portrait and figure painter.A member of the Karlsruhe painter family Orth, he was the first pupil of his father, the theatre decoration painter Jakob Orth (1780-1861). He studied at the Munich academy from 1825. Active in Mainz from 1833 to 1873.
