Anthonie Beerstraaten was an artist of the Dutch Golden Age.
Very little is known about Anthonie Beerstraaten. He was active as a painter in Amsterdam and painted seascapes and winter landscapes. According to the Netherlands Institute for Art History, there is much confusion with his father Jan Abrahamsz. van Beerstraten and Abraham Beerstraaten. The latter is probably his brother.
